The NYCSHS 2023 Calendar is now available with eleven color and three black & white photographs.

Like our 2022 calendar, our 2023 calendar will again take you on a seasonal tour of the vast New York Central System, providing memorable glimpses of the railroad in action during the 1940s, ‘50s, and ‘60s.  You’ll stand trackside as an   L-3a Mohawk waits for the green to enter Hill Yard at Beech Grove.  You’ll see an elderly freight engine doing its best to deliver football fans to an important game at Notre Dame, and you’ll view a southbound freight taking siding to let a smoke-belching northbound Mohawk get on with its task.  These and ten other high-resolution photos will take you from Springfield, Massachusetts to Detroit’s Michigan Central Terminal; and from Indianapolis, Indiana to Harmon, New York.   Informative captions help to illustrate each photograph.
