We are opening up the site again for pre-orders for imported items, with the caveat that prices may be increased when the model is released.
Sign In by Clicking the "My Account" button on the right and remember to scroll down to the log in tab before you do anything else. (For cellphone users click on the "Menu" button on the left and scroll down to sign in). You will need your email address and password. If you don't do this you will not get your NYCSHS member discount. Returning customers who can't remember their password can reset their password by going to "My Account" as well. If you are signing in for the first time, please wait until you receive the notification that your registration has been approved before you try to obtain the member's discount.
If you are having a problem, send us an email with your name and phone # to [email protected] and we will get in contact with you.
You must change your password every 90 days to be able to continue to login. If you have tried to login and failed five times you will be locked out and will need to contact us.

We Accept only US Funds for Payment.
Buyers living in EU countries should be aware that we do not collect VAT on your purchases.
Once shipped you will be contacted by your customs officials to collect VAT on your purchase.
Many times the VAT will exceed the cost of your item.
You can try to use debit cards but some bank's cards don't work in this store. We have no control over this.
