If you don't do this you will not get your NYCSHS member discount. Returning customers who can't remember their password can reset their password by going to "My Account" as well. If you are signing in for the first time, please wait until you receive the notification that your registration has been approved before you try to obtain the member's discount.

You must change your password every 90 days to be able to continue to login. If you have tried to login and failed five times you will be locked out and will need to contact us.

We Accept only US Funds for Payment.
Buyers living in EU countries should be aware that we do not collect VAT on your purchases.
Once shipped you will be contacted by your customs officials to collect VAT on your purchase.

You can try to use debit cards but some bank's cards don't work in this store. We have no control over this.
